Clint Windsor Rated 20th for North American Goalies
Clint Windsor has been ranked 20th overall for North American goaltenders by the NHL’s Central Scouting department. Windsor played in the GMHL for the Innisfil Lakers, before moving to the OHL’s Barrie Colts and Saginaw Spirit for the past two seasons. Clint joins Nikita Jevpalovs as GMHL alumni expected to go in the 2012 NHL Entry draft this summer.
While in the GMHL, Windsor was the starting goaltender for the Innisfil Lakers. For the season, Clint had a 4.14 GAA and .897 save percentage. He also posted one shutout for the Lakers.
This season, Windsor started with the Barrie Colts, before being traded to Saginaw. Windsor has played in 15 games this season, and recorded a 3.88 GAA and .888 save percentage for his OHL clubs.
The 2012 NHL entry draft will be held on June 22nd, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. North American Goalies Midterm Rankings
