President's Message

September 17, 2014

With the GMHL 2014-2015 season well underway, some teams are already showing that they may be this years powerhouse squads with Tottenham, Toronto Attack, Seguin and Temiscaming all showing 3-0 records.

We are also enjoying some outstanding individual talent with Toronto Blue Ice Jets' forward Paul Mauceri leading the scoring with 7 goals and 6 assists after only three games.

There was also one of the best goaltending displays in GMHL history with Niagara Whalers goalie Braedan Turco shutting out the high scoring Blue Ice Jets team (4-0 final) while being outshot 50-27. Outstanding!

Bob Russell, GMHL President
