The 2016-2017 season may be over for the Kingsville Kings following their division semi final loss to the St. George Ravens, however that does not mean that hockey is finished in Kingsville.

The Kingsville Kings pro affiliate team the St. Clair Shores Fighting Saints will be hosting a regular season "Neutral Site" game against the Danville Dashers on March 30th at The Castle

The night will feature a tailgate style event held at the arena prior to the game and will also be giving discounted tickets to Kings supporters with season tickets or in Kingsville apparel,

The Fighting Saints have a number of GMHL veterans on the team with a very distinct Kings flavor including 4 members of last year's Southern Division Title team Zachary Zulkanycz, Ivan Hodulov, Jan Pechek and Coach turned player Brandon Contratto.

Other GMHL Alum featured in the game will be Nicholas Lang (Rattlers/Huskies), Dominik Fejt (Huskies), Denis Klecka (Huskies), Vito Scaringi (Whalers/Islanders), and Jan Prochazka (Islanders/Huskies)  among others.

The GMHL is not hosting the event or the game but does recognize the significance of having a pro level event in a GMHL team region such as Kingsville.

We wish both the fighting Saints and the Dashers good luck in this game and hope everyone in Kingsville enjoys a wonderful evening.
