The Bradford Bulls today announced that former captain Brendan Greig will rejoin the organization as an assistant coach for the 2026-27 season.
Greig, 23, joins head coach James McLean's staff after playing in the professional ranks with the FPHL's Danbury Hat Tricks.
"I couldn't be happier to be back with the Bulls for this upcoming season," said Greig. "I'd like to thank the Bulls' front office and Coach McLean for giving me this opportunity, and I look forward to getting the Bulls back on top as we start our quest for the Russell Cup."
The Bolton, Ont. native appeared in 110 games over parts of five seasons in black and blue, culminating in a near point-per-game season in 2024-25.
"Bringing proven winners back to the organization is important," said Bulls general manager Darren Brown. "Brendan's a guy that's young enough where players can relate to him, but also a guy who's played professionally and accomplished a lot within our league — we feel great about bringing him back home."
The Bulls' 2026-27 season will kick off in mid September, with a schedule announcement expected in the coming weeks.
