Railers Kick Off the Season at the Alliston Potato Festival Parade
The Tottenham Railers and Tottenham Junior Railers were proud to come together for the 2026 Alliston Potato Festival Parade on August 7, helping kick off another exciting hockey season in front of thousands of enthusiastic spectators.
It couldn’t have been a more perfect day for a parade. Sunshine, comfortable temperatures, packed streets, and incredible community spirit created an unforgettable atmosphere. Players, coaches, families, and volunteers proudly represented the Railers organization, waving to the crowds and sharing in the excitement as we celebrated hockey and our community together.
The energy throughout the parade was contagious and reminded us just how fortunate we are to be part of such a supportive community. Events like the Potato Festival are a wonderful opportunity to connect with local families, meet future players and fans, and celebrate everything that makes New Tecumseth special.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who walked with us, cheered us on, and helped make the day such a success. We can’t wait to build on this momentum as we head into what promises to be an exciting 2026-27 season.
