Edson Eagles defenceman Taiven Makokis attended Seattle Thunderbirds (WHL) Main Camp this past week.
The 2005 right handed defenceman played 24 games with the Eagles, posting 11 points (2g, 9a) in his first season of junior hockey.
Taiven hails from Goodfish Lake Cree Nation, Alberta and stands 6’0”.
The Seattle Thunderbirds were Ed Chynoweth Cup Finalists this past season, the playoff championship trophy of the Western Hockey League.
Makokis will report back to the Edson Eagles for the 2022/23 season following camp.
